How it all began...

Pontza Capital Services and Projects (Pty) Ltd was formed in 2014 to enhance the mechanical engineering efficiency of production and mining plants, pumping and air‐conditioning systems in the industry.

Its aim is to add value to the industry by providing cost-effective mechanical engineering solutions to everyday problems.

Xola Gumenge, a qualified Mechanical Engineer with more than 20 years’ experience gained in Mechanical Infrastructure Maintenance and Management, Construction, Fleet and Workshop Management, Logistics and Project Management.

Gumenge has extensive business experience, having formed and managed a truck logistics company that is currently servicing the mining industry by transporting coal from various mines to various power stations. It is within this industry that the challenges for the Mining industry were identified and the Mechanical Engineering Division of Pontza Capital services was formed.
